Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin helped weigh and tag a tranquilized polar bear as part of a Russian Geographic Society expedition to track the bears' migration patterns in response to sea ice changes. While there, he demanded a cleanup of his nation's section of the Arctic, which is littered with abandoned oil drums and scrap metal.
