Each year, the highest-earning AAZK chapter wins a tree planted in its honor. But the heart and soul of the competition is really about the chapters' dedication to conservation and action. Registration for the 2016 campaign runs from October 1, 2015 through January 1, 2016. Fundraising lasts through March 1, 2016. Read about it here.
Here are the results of the 2015 competition:
Greater Philadelphia: $1,663.00
Lincoln Park: $1,350.00
Greater Cleveland: $1,000.00
Greater Houston: $792.00
Fresno Chaffee: $500.00
Toronto Zoo: $273.00
San Antonio: $200.00
Rocky Mountain: $155.00
Our thanks to all participating AAZK Chapters. A special shout-out to Brookfield for extraordinary efforts five years in a row!
