Trees for You and Me is a friendly competition launched by former PBI Field Ambassadors and members of the American Association of Zoo Keepers (AAZK). The challenge raises money to plant trees in local communities. Come back to learn about the details when the competition launches again in the fall!
Each year, the highest-earning AAZK chapter wins a tree planted in its honor. But the heart and soul of the competition is really about the chapters' dedication to conservation and action. Funds raised help support urban tree-planting programs and encourage community involvement.
You can help! Contact your local zoo or aquarium to see if their AAZK Chapter is participating—and, if so, donate or offer to help them plant. Many members of our Arctic Ambassador Center network take part. Check out our list to find one near you!
