Ten months post-op, Magnet became occasionally lame in the affected limb. The intermittent lameness progressed to a chronic lameness with occasional carpal (wrist) swelling and decreased range of carpal motion. Radiographs revealed carpal osteoarthritis. Questionable synostosis was also present. His pain and lameness were managed with Cosequin and Etogesic.
