One of the easiest, most personally gratifying, and earth-friendly projects you can undertake to combat excessive carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is to plant trees. It’s one of the very few tools we have for removing CO2 from the atmosphere. And less CO2 means less global warming and better sea ice conditions for polar bears.

Planting Trees for Polar Bears is a multi-dimensional program—a true collaboration of PBI, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR), the American Association of Zoo Keepers (AAZK), and a group of dedicated AAZK-affiliated zookeepers.
