Project Outline:

Students will launch a campaign to "power down" our school system and local community. This will include being active participants in the school system's energy committee and providing ideas, insight, and help in reducing the school districts use of energy. The students will be trained on energy audits from our local electric company and be able to do general audits of businesses in our community and make recommendations to those businesses on ways that they can save green by powering down.
