FINAL REPORT!

Through our project we have accomplished the following:


806,650 gallons of fresh water saved annually.

36,000 aluminum cans recycled in the next year.

68 students pledged to start their own gardens.

74 various plants were sold or given away to community members. (Plants included Basil, Sweet William,

etc.)


Over 166,239 to 200,143 lbs of CO


2 reduced in the next year.

910 X 2,000 = 1,820,000 (from trees over their life time) + 200,143 from CO

2 reductions through pledges)

= 2,020,143 (plus the CO

2 reduced through individual gardening)

Over 2,020,143 lbs of CO

2 will be reduced as a result of this project.

Sent out 50 pledges to have Christmas Trees Recycled at Construction Junction

Created 100 Copies of our Green Guide that are being distributed to members of the community.

Held 18 Outreaches.

Done our part to save the Polar Bear Species and its habitat!
