The book gives great facts about polar bears and the negative effects global warming is having on them. We learned tons of valuable information from this great book. On Thin Ice is a must read for anyone who is aspiring to learn about the great polar bear.This is the book we plan to donate to local high school libraries to help educate students about the plight of the polar bears. We also hope to donate age appropriate books to both local middle school and primary school libraries.
