SCHOOL OUTREACH- High school bulletin board, announcements in daily announcements, lunch money collection to adopt a polar bear, school newspaper article, information power point for school and club website, make and sell jean purses for little ones and let them stamp a bear paw print on it LOCAL COMMUNITY- distribution of books funded by the Fayette County Education Foundation written by club members- place a Polar Bear Info flyer in them, Fall Festival Booth (Polar Bear Ice game), local newspaper article, polar bear float in the Christmas Parade REGIONAL OUTREACH- help sale and promote recycled aluminum jewlry at the Memphis Zoo Harvest Festival-provide informational flyers- make a large polar bear display to draw attention, book distribution in all public, private schools and libraries in three county area, book signing- include Polar Bear Information, Commercial Appeal, Jabberblabber, etc.-article, contact Channel 5, volunteer at the Memphis Zoo for the Polar Bear Cart, etc. NATIONAL OUTREACH- make a page about polar bears on club website complete with questions and surveys- games, info, etc. (Include Memphis Zoo and Polar Bear International Information), promote project on our EarthDay Network Page on the web, enter project in Igniting Creative Energy Contest/Sea World Environmental Excellence Award INTERNATIONAL OUTREACH- Include Polar Bear Project on Volvo International and Intied Nations page working to save endangered animals
