Dr. Andrew Derocher is Professor of Biological Sciences at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. His extensive field research has focused on polar bears in both Canada and Norway. In Canada, he works with the Western Hudson Bay population as well as the Beaufort Sea polar bears. He serves on PBI's Scientific Advisory Council.
