Tundra Connections® is Wild!
Join us for live broadcasts. You watch from inside. Wild polar bears watch from outside. And pre- and post-conference lessons round out the tundra experience.
Every Fall, we conduct LIVE, free broadcasts from the tundra during the annual polar bear migration in Churchill. You're invited to join our exclusive webcasts HERE to meet and talk with world-renowned scientists and educators—as arctic winds shake the buggies and polar bears prowl outside.
This Spring, we also aired a special broadcast with a focus on polar bear mothers and cubs. We've archived it HERE.
Webcasts and videoconferences
Our broadcasts are available for school groups, zoos, green clubs, or business and community leaders—the bigger the audience, the better. The content is targeted to a general audience (with the exception of the first week, which targets grades 4-8).
- Our 2012 schedule for the polar bear migration will air in October & November
- Webcasts are open to anyone, though we do ask that you register in advance
- Video conferences must be pre-scheduled
- Sessions are archived for later viewing.
- Learn more in our FAQ.
During the broadcasts, you can:
- See live camera and video clips of polar bear behavior in a natural setting
- Ask the experts questions and get answers in real time
